📦 Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ Conditions for a return:
The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and undamaged.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
The product must not have been used or altered in any way.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we may request photos of the damage to process your claim.
🚚 Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) using the same payment method.
❌ We do not accept returns on:
Items on sale or clearance.
Opened items or products with packaging damaged by the customer.
Custom or special order items.
